Waffle baking mix for catering: The well-known classic from Neumärker. For cafés, restaurants and hotels or for waffle stands at markets and festivals. Particularly easy to prepare, especially convenient for mobile use at street stalls, funfairs or Christmas markets.

Quick preparation:

• Mix with water only. No need to add fresh ingredients. This is quick and simplifies organisation, storage and preparation.
• After mixing, you can directly start baking.
• The batter can be re-produced at any time without much effort.
• One box contains 10 bags with 1 kg of mix each. This is particularly useful, as there is no need to weigh the ingredients during preparation. Simply mix one bag of mix with 500 ml of water.
• It couldn't be simpler!

• No cooling needed for storage of the baking mix.
• Space-saving storage as a powder in boxes.
• Long shelf life: best before date up to 12 months.
• Very practical for mobile use: No refrigeration needed for fresh ingredients.

Tip: Use drinking water from PET bottles during mobile operation without access to running water. This way you are independent and flexible!

Preparation:
1 kg Neumärker Waffle Ready Mix + 500 ml water. Mix the ingredients with a mixer or whisk to a smooth batter. Bake for approx. 1-2 minutes at approx. 200°C (depending on the type/size of waffle and personal taste). For particularly fluffy waffles, the amount of water can be increased slightly.
