Ready-made waffle mix for restaurants. Waffomix is Neumärker's batter mix for particularly delicious waffles! Fresh eggs and margarine are added to the ready-made batter mix. This aromatic mix is the basis for the demanding waffle baker.
The waffles prepared with Neumärker's Waffle Mix are characterised by their soft, fresh and intense flavour. While many ready-made baking mixes for waffle batter only require water, Waffomix waffle batter is refined by adding margarine. In addition, fresh eggs help to enhance the flavour, making the waffles taste almost homemade. The perfect choice for discerning waffle bakers. The fresh ingredients pay off, as the "gourmet" waffles delight even gourmets and can be sold at higher prices. The waffle batter mix is available in convenient 1 kg bags to save weighing the baking mix.

Quick preparation:

• One box contains 10 bags of 1 kg mix each. This is particularly convenient as there is no need to weigh it. Simply open a bag and prepare it.
• After mixing, you can start baking immediately.
• The dough can be re-produced in between without much effort.

Preparation:
1 kg Neumärker Waffomix + 8 eggs + 500 g margarine. Mix the ingredients to a smooth batter. If necessary, up to 225 ml water can be added if the batter is too thick. Bake for approx. 1-2 minutes at approx. 200ºC, depending on the thickness and preferred browning of the waffle.

WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, emulsifiers (E475, E471), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), flavouring (contains WHEAT), salt, thickener (E412), WHEAT MALT FLOUR, enzymes, antioxidant (E300).
