The quick and easy way to perfect poffertjes. Sweet with a delicious butter flavour, slightly salted for an intense taste. The Dutch snack, served with powdered sugar and melted butter, is simply wonderful.
Our baking mix only needs to be mixed with water and can therefore be easily reproduced in between. Thanks to no need for fresh ingredients, it is particularly convenient for mobile use at street booths or on markets and festivals.

10 kg Neumärker Poffertjes-Ready-Mix makes approx. 1350 poffertjes.

Preparation:
1 kg Neumärker Poffertjes-Ready-Mix + 1.2 liters of water. Mix the Poffertjes-Ready-Mix to a smooth batter. Pour the batter evenly into the oiled moulds. Turn the poffertjes after approx. 45 seconds. Baking temperature approx.220 °C.

WHEAT flour, skimmed MILK powder, hen's EGG powder, sugar, vegetable oil (palm), starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), hen's EGG white powder, salt, dried glucose syrup, malt flour (WHEAT),  whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (E322), flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes (WHEAT), MILK protein, natural flavouring (contains MILK).
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten (RYE, BARLEY, OATS, SPELT).
