The plates made of classic cast iron do not require a non-stick coating and are resistant to mechanical influences. Thus they can be cleaned intensively without any fear to damage the material. A digital timer adjustable to the second ensures consistent product quality, even with frequently changing staff. An acoustic signal reminds the user at the right time to remove the food so that it does not burn while performing other activities at the same time.
